The Temple Length (mm) refers to the length of the arms on either side of the frame,
in other words, the maximum distance from the front of the frame to the ear.
This is usually one of three standards — 135, 140 or 145mm.
The side should be long enough to sit comfortably over your ears.
Note that glasses with straight sides all the way to the end don't always have this measurement indicated.
The Bridge Width (mm) is the gap above your nose between the lenses.
It's important that this is comfortable — too tight, and the glasses could pinch your nose;
too loose and the glasses are likely to slip on your face.
The Lens Width (mm) or Eye width (mm) is the width of the lens, measured from the bridge to the end of the frame.
The size of your lenses can be a matter of personal choice, but it is also determined by your frame style, size and prescription.
Each of our product pages contain the specific frame measurements specific to that particular glasses frames.
